All content, code, methodologies, and materials developed by ALEZY TECHNOLOGIES remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Client-specific deliverables ownership will be defined in individual project contracts.

Tout contenu, code, méthodologies et matériaux développés par ALEZY TECHNOLOGIES restent notre propriété intellectuelle sauf indication contraire dans un accord écrit. La propriété des livrables spécifiques au client sera définie dans les contrats de projet individuels.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
